As a Pharmacy Data Entry Technician, you'll play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of medical orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role
We're seeking two experienced Pharmacy Data Entry Technicians to join our remote team. As a Pharmacy Data Entry Technician, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing medical orders using arenaflex's systems
- Working with physician's hand-written orders
- Demonstrating the ability to work independently
- Assisting in managing the workflow of refills, new orders, and admissions
- Communicating questions and clarifications to internal and external teams
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least one year of experience in a pharmacy or related field
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification
- A quiet and reliable workspace with a stable internet connection
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience working in a remote environment
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and pharmacy management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
