Job Summary

As a Remote Work Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative and staff support services, including data entry, claims processing, and report compilation. You'll work closely with our claims coordination team to ensure the efficient processing of claims, and provide exceptional support to our customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems

  • Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our claims coordination team
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field
  • Basic computer and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
