Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to our customers via phone, chat, and email. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving inquiries, and escalating issues when necessary. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner
  • Identifying the type of assistance needed and providing solutions to resolve inquiries
  • Escalating issues when necessary and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems
  • Delivering all information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients
  • Managing customer expectations and providing timely updates on issue resolution
  • Actively engaging customers in online chat contexts and providing support via email
  • Providing mail support to the Mail Center Manager by performing duties such as mail sorting, digital uploading, dispensing, etc.
  • Additional duties as assigned and deemed appropriate per level, including but not limited to handling escalations, team supervision, analytics, and reporting

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or in-office customer service environment

  • Familiarity with digital mailbox solutions and customer service software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Training and Onboarding

As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive two-week training program, which includes:

  • One week of in-office training in our Dallas, TX location
  • One week of training in our Montebello, N.Y. headquarters or Dallas, TX location
