Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Chat Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Logging into the arenaflex chat system at the start of your scheduled shift
  • Responding promptly to customer queries regarding shipping rates, return policies, product availability, and other related topics
  • Maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor in all interactions
  • Logging out at the end of your shift and receiving daily compensation based on the hours worked
  • Committing to at least 5 hours per week of work
  • Ensuring a reliable internet connection to ensure consistent availability and performance

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a device (phone, tablet, laptop) with internet capability to handle social media and website chat functions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
