Responsibilities:

As an Afterhours Customer Care Representative / Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Processing customer service requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Updating customer portals to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Collaborating with arenaflex Service Coordinators to notify customers of service dates and schedules
  • Uploading documentation to customer portals and accounting/work order systems
  • Performing data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
  • Providing billing information and resolving customer inquiries

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
