Responsibilities:
As an Afterhours Customer Care Representative / Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Processing customer service requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Updating customer portals to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Collaborating with arenaflex Service Coordinators to notify customers of service dates and schedules
- Uploading documentation to customer portals and accounting/work order systems
- Performing data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
- Providing billing information and resolving customer inquiries
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer care or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
