The Opportunity

We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team on a work-from-home basis. As a customer service representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests and travel agent partners via phone. You'll be the face of our brand, and your interactions will shape the experience of our guests.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex guests and travel agent partners via phone

  • Answer questions related to arenaflex cruises, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise-related travel inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer service software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the cruise industry or a related field

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
