Job Summary

As a Remote Chat Agent (Entry Level), you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers through live chat. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be critical in ensuring that their experience with arenaflex is positive and memorable. This is an entry-level position, and we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide auction-related information, answers, and solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Utilize knowledge base and resources to stay up-to-date on auction-related information and best practices
  • Maintain high-quality service standards and response times, ensuring that customers receive exceptional support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in customer service and live chat support

Requirements

* 0-2 years of experience in customer service, live chat support, or a related field

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and typing skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Proficiency in live chat software and technology, including arenaflex's proprietary platform
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 - $45.00/hour.
