Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative – Product Testing to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for conducting In-Home Usage Tests (IHUT) and providing valuable feedback to companies and market research firms. This is a unique opportunity to work from home, earn a competitive salary, and gain valuable experience in the product testing industry.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Product Testing, your key responsibilities will include:

• Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
• Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
• Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
• Participating in private chat rooms that are opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested
• Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
• Using MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Ability to follow specific instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and curious spirit
• Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
• Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
• Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
• Honesty and reliability
• Good communication skills
• 18 years or older
