Job Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to Southwest Airlines passengers via phone and online communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Remote Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional customer support to Southwest Airlines passengers via phone and online communication channels. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer assistance with reservations, flight information, and general inquiries.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication skills to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely information about their travel plans.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer service efforts.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
