[Remote] B&M Retail Operations Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Acquco is dedicated to building some of the largest consumer brands in the world, focusing on scaling omnichannel globally including brick & mortar retail stores. The Brick & Mortar Operations Analyst role supports the execution and growth of the retail business by combining product and market analysis, pricing support, and retail operations to drive successful launches and ongoing account performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop product positioning and competitive messaging
- Research market trends, viral products, and new product opportunities
- Support go-to-market strategies for brick-and-mortar launches
- Build pricing strategies that balance margin and competitiveness
- Monitor market pricing, promotions, and price parity across channels
- Create pitch decks and retail sales materials for buyers
- Consolidate invoices and POs for retail accounts
- Complete forms and documentation for item setup, replenishment, and compliance
- Set up product listings with images and content
- Manage replenishment orders and track MABD timelines
- Organize sales, inventory, and performance data for reporting and decision-making
- Review chargebacks and discounts to ensure accurate payment
- Prepare monthly analytics and reporting
- Communicate with design, buyers, brokers, vendors, and internal teams
- Handle ad hoc requests related to retail operations and support tools
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in supply chain, retail operations, consumer products, or a related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for start-ups, e-commerce, and rapid growth
