What is the role

The Project Support Specialist will assist the Project Manager on various tasks with a focus on material tracking and budget maintenance.

The following include but may not be limited to the responsibilities of the Project Support Specialist:

  • Coordinate and actively participate in all project related meetings.
  • Detailed material tracking of project equipment and movements throughout project lifecycle from sales to service.
  • Manage project budgets through change orders and revenue recognition.
  • Follow procedures for generation and implementation of all change orders.
  • Assist Engineering department with Equipment Change Orders as needed.
  • Assist Accounting regarding project budgets and invoicing.
  • Support Sales staff with project needs.
  • Assist in project digital file maintenance.
  • Track project milestones.
  • Generate and maintain subcontractor agreements under the direction of the Project Manager.
  • Use all necessary software proficiently

Work Set-up / Work Schedule

  • Remote
  • 9:00 pm – 6:00 am (PH Time)

Who we are looking for

Successful candidate must possess:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in project coordination
  • Client- and service-focused with strong customer and financial skills
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to multitask with confidentiality
  • Professional, organized, and effective under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
