Aptive seeks a skilled Business Process Specialist to support the Veterans Health Administration’s (VHA) RISE Implementation initiative by providing process analysis, improvement, and implementation support. This role focuses on documenting current and future-state workflows, conducting stakeholder interviews, and analyzing operational processes, staffing models, and governance structures to identify capability gaps and transition requirements.
