National Sales Manager – Logistics

- Serve as the primary liaison between Corporate Logistics, National Account Sales, and internal cross-functional teams regarding customer supply chain and logistics initiatives
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver data-driven analyses and reporting to both internal and external audiences, highlighting logistics performance, opportunities, and value propositions
- Engage directly with large national account customers, conducting regular business reviews and on-site visits to assess needs, reinforce value, and identify risks (e.g., potential shift to 3PL providers)
- Support and influence customer profitability by aligning logistics strategies with company financial targets, including income, cost efficiencies, and service optimization
- Analyze inbound logistics networks and recommend improvements related to transportation, distribution design, and operational efficiencies
- Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain, including service disruptions, cost pressures, and competitive threats
- Collaborate across multiple OpCos, service providers, and functional teams to manage complex, high-visibility projects simultaneously
- Support contract discussions by providing insight into distribution agreements, pricing structures, and logistics-related terms
- Performs other duties as assigned
