Clinical Supervisor - Licensed Clinical Psychologist Preferred
Overview Whole Connection Behavioral Health is a growing outpatient group practice in Boulder, CO serving a diverse caseload including approximately 50% Medicaid clients. We are looking for an experienced licensed clinical supervisor to join our team in a part-time W2 capacity — a rare opportunity that combines meaningful clinical work with a genuine benefits package. This role offers $65–$76/hour W2, 6% employer 401(k) match, PTO and sick time accrual, and part-time holiday pay. All hours are fully compensated with no unbillable expectations. The Role
We are seeking an experienced licensed clinical supervisor to join our team in a part-time W2 capacity. This is a well-defined, rewarding role — ideal for a seasoned clinician looking for a meaningful, contained professional commitment alongside private practice or other work.
A licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) is strongly preferred.
Candidates holding an LCSW or LPC with substantial supervisory experience will be considered; compensation is commensurate with licensure level.
Candidates already credentialed in-network with Colorado's major commercial insurers and/or Medicaid RAEs are strongly preferred.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or group clinical supervision to 6–8 pre-licensed clinicians (LPCc/LSW, and Master's interns) per Colorado licensure board requirements
- Review and co-sign clinical documentation including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to our documentation standards
- Provide real-time clinical consultation on complex, high-acuity, or ethically nuanced cases
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a collaborative clinical culture
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director on supervisee development, performance, and documentation compliance
- Support onboarding of new pre-licensed clinicians as the team grows
Schedule
- 12–18 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling; remote supervision available
- Consistent weekly availability required — built collaboratively with the Clinical Director
Compensation & Benefits
- $65–$76/hour W2, commensurate with licensure and experience Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD): upper range
- LCSW/LPC: lower range based on experience

Qualifications
- Active Colorado licensure required (PhD/PsyD strongly preferred; LCSW or LPC considered)
- Minimum 2–3 years post-licensure clinical experience
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care, DBT, or somatic modalities a plus
- Existing in-network credentialing with Colorado commercial insurers and/or Medicaid a significant advantage
- Comfort with EHR systems and strong documentation standards
