Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving product-related issues, and providing technical support
  • Interacting with multiple departments, including service parts, field service, materials, production, logistics, sales, finance, and management
  • Answering incoming customer calls, serving as a back-up for placing service part orders, and assisting customers with order status and product-related questions
  • Informing customers of standard procedures when placing an order and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Following a standardized order entry process to ensure 100% accuracy for all orders
  • Initiating and tracking documentation to authorize and direct work according to customers' contractual obligations
  • Providing exceptional customer service, living the arenaflex brand, and developing true friendships with our customers
  • Building relationships and fostering teamwork with fellow team members, leadership, and individuals within other departments

What You Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 0+ years of experience (perfect for a first job!)
  • Basic reading and math skills, and the ability to adhere to safety-related issues
  • Ability to effectively demonstrate knowledge of modern office procedures, including the use of a personal computer, fax machine, and copy machine
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships

Preferred Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience working in a customer service/hospitality environment or in a call center
  • PC literate, with experience using ERP systems (JDE/SAP) a plus
