Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Staying up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory requirements
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong customer service background, preferably in a claims or insurance-related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

  • Willingness to become licensed as a Public Adjuster
