Position Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining and updating our logistics database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in verifying data for accuracy and completeness, updating and maintaining information in our database, and preparing regular reports and summaries of data. You will also collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and consistency, identify and correct data entry errors, and report any discrepancies.
Responsibilities
* Accurately input data into our logistics management system

- Update and maintain information in our database on a regular basis
- Assist in preparing regular reports and summaries of data
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Identify and correct data entry errors and report any discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus
- Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar position
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with logistics or supply chain management systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
