Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry & Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering and updating data into internal systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handling customer service inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing timely and effective solutions to client issues
  • Processing orders, resolving customer complaints, and providing status updates in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail, meeting daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals
  • Collaborating with team members to improve customer experience and enhance overall service quality

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with experience in data entry and customer service a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, with the ability to work from home
  • Must be based in the United States
