Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email interactions, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Utilize knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to educate and retain customers
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Assist customers with placing orders through our E-commerce system
  • Work with confidential customer information, maintaining sensitivity and discretion
  • Type at least 35 WPM and talk simultaneously, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Adhere to call center metrics, such as call quality score averages, average talk time, and customer feedback scores
  • Escalate customer or operational issues to the supervisor, identifying solutions and focusing on timely, mutually satisfactory resolutions
  • Collaborate with the team to refine problem areas and drive continuous service improvements for our customers

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
  • 1 year of experience working in a contact/call center (preferably virtual)
  • Business to Customer (B2C) experience, with a focus on client-facing interactions
  • Experience with high-volume inbound call intake
  • CRM System (Customer Relationship Management) System Exposure
  • Empathetic listening skills, with the ability to remain sensitive, upbeat, and optimistic in challenging situations
  • Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solid work ethic, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations
  • E-commerce, Sales, and Retention experience, with a focus on supporting product knowledge and sales/customer-facing interactions
  • Experience supporting customers through Chat, Email, and Phone
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Ability to work the Saturday shift when necessary
  • Ability to control emotions and respond appropriately to situations
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with resilience and respond appropriately

Computer Requirements

To perform this role, you'll need:

  • A home computer and headset
  • Operating System: Windows 7/Mac 10.1 or better
  • Minimum internet bandwidth of 25MB download and 5MB upload
  • Internet Router or Modem
  • Working Webcam
