Skills
- Experience in customer service or customer success roles
- Strong understanding of small business operations
- Ability to conduct training sessions via Zoom
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to create value long term for customers
- Experience with Trainual or similar software
- Consultative approach to customer interactions
- Ability to provide best practices for training and knowledge rollout
