Job Summary:
We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead design across fast-moving initiatives. This role is hands-on and execution-driven - turning ambiguous problems into clear flows and shipped experiences. You will work across multiple projects, iterate quickly, and deliver high-quality design under tight timelines.
This is a remote position. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.
Responsibilities:
- Own design from concept through launch across multiple concurrent projects.
- Lead 0→1 design for new products and features.
- Translate ambiguous inputs into clear flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design for conversion, usability, and measurable outcomes.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and experiments.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure quality in execution.
- Produce clear specs that enable fast, accurate implementation.
- Identify UX gaps and drive improvements proactively.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 5+ years of UX/product design experience, including 0→1 product work.
- Strong portfolio showing shipped work and impact on user behavior (e.g., conversion, engagement).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong interaction design and information architecture skills.
- Excellent at turning ambiguous problems into clear, structured solutions.
- High proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma or equivalent).
- Comfortable designing live (e.g., in working sessions) and incorporating real-time feedback.
- Strong communication; able to explain decisions clearly and concisely.
- Strong understanding of front-end (HTML/CSS/JS); hands-on experience coding simple front-end, like static pages, is highly preferred.
- High ownership, speed, adaptability, and attention to detail are a must.
