Responsibilities
- Update and add transactions, client information, and real estate data to the database
- Examine and amend data to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness
- Collaborate with teammates to resolve discrepancies found in the data
- Adhere to privacy and data security regulations
- Assist in creating reports and presentations using the acquired data
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- Solid background in data entry or a related field
- Strong command of the language and procedures used in real estate
- Proficient in computers, including the MS Office suite and data input programs
- Remarkable precision and attention to detail
- Experience in a real estate-related role or data management
- Excellent communication abilities, particularly in a remote team setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
