Media Planner
Rising Tide Interactive is a company that works with Democratic campaigns and organizations to develop digital strategies. They are seeking a Media Planner to produce and execute media plans, oversee media buying, and evaluate vendor performance.
Responsibilities
- Produce and execute media plans that achieve goals of Rising Tide Interactive’s clients, including political candidates, ballot initiatives, campaign committees, advocacy organizations and nonprofits
- Oversee media buying, including reaching out to vendors for inventory availability, requesting insertion orders, and optimizing campaigns in digital buying platforms
- Put together persuasion media reports, including cross-client reports
- Meet with vendors in the digital space to identify new and emerging technologies
- Evaluate existing vendors’ performance
- Review and report on cross-client data to determine best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- 1 to 3 years of relevant digital media planning or buying experience
- Demonstrated experience with Excel and managing complex data and platforms
- A team player who thrives in fast-pace and collaborative environments
- Proactive, responsive, and detail oriented
- Excited to work for Democratic and progressive clients, ideally with experience at a campaign, agency, or political organization
- Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States
- Up-to-date on all COVID vaccinations and boosters
