Underwriting Analyst August 2026 Training Program

PURE Insurance is a member-owned property and casualty insurer focused on providing exceptional service to financially successful families. The Underwriting Analyst role is designed for upcoming graduates, providing comprehensive training and support in managing broker partnerships and underwriting risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage broker partnerships in specific states and/or territories across the US
• Manage a book of brokers by delivering exceptional, timely, complete and accurate service to attain company growth, new business and profitability goals
• Develop trusted, respected and lasting relationships with broker partners
• Work with brokers to craft best solutions for their clients
• Share knowledge and best practices with brokers
• Underwrite empathetically at all times
• Analyze, assess, and select risks in accordance with PURE's strategy and underwriting guidelines
• Be challenged on assignments that may require using exceptional time management skills
• Attend additional training and educational workshops to further develop both personally and professionally during your career in insurance
• Be recognized for exceptional performance
• Play a game of ping pong or pop-a-shot in our cafe, take a yoga class led by one of your coworkers on the roof deck, volunteer in the community with your coworkers

• Bachelor's Degree
