Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry/Indexing Clerk (3rd Shift), your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-speed manual key data entry and verification from incoming digital images
  • Performing document classification validation of automatically classified documents
  • Conducting data validation of automatically extracted data from digital documents
  • Validating redaction of automatically applied redaction of digital documents
  • Performing manual meta-data indexing from digital documents
  • Ensuring quality control of documents converted to digital format
  • Conducting check data validation of incoming checks
  • Reconciling check batch totals
  • Distributing check amounts to appropriate accounts as required by the customer

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Proficiency in typing and willingness to take a typing test
  • Experience in high-speed data entry
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality work
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Ability to perform repetitive work according to set procedures while maintaining quality and production standards

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a 3rd shift environment
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
