Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product information and recommendations to customers
- Processing transactions and handling returns, exchanges, and refunds
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including counters and shelves
- Implementing asset protection measures to prevent loss and theft
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations regarding regulated products
- Assisting with visual merchandising, including creating and maintaining displays
- Providing support with inventory management and stock rotation
- Maintaining a working knowledge of store systems and processes
- Assisting with photo services, including passport photos and poster printing
- Assisting with online order pickup and delivery
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Complying with all company policies and procedures
- Completing special assignments and other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

* Six months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous work experience with arenaflex
