About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to support our team in driving success across various disciplines. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying workflow inefficiencies, collaborating with cross-functional groups to generate solutions, and implementing effective changes to enhance team performance and productivity. Your expertise will also be instrumental in assisting, developing, and preserving arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in our development process across various disciplines.
• Preserve, extend, and aid existing development gear.
• Build and guide custom asset pipelines.
• Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong passion for empowering others to do their best work. You'll also require:

• A solid understanding of the overall device lifecycle, including identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness.
• Experience with custom standalone gear.
• A willingness to grow gear that can be utilized by multiple game development disciplines.
• Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, and Net Tech.
• The ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience with custom game engines, Unreal or Unity, and JavaScript would be a significant advantage. Additionally, having a resume outlining applicable experience will be beneficial in your application.
