The Opportunity

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for:

  • Assessing customer needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their home and business needs
  • Adjusting billing, negotiating claims, and arranging product substitutions/returns
  • Managing customer concerns while meeting goals in Serving, Solving, and Selling
  • Remaining current on arenaflex products and services
  • Owning the customer experience and providing support to internal sales reps
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a team player who is at ease engaging with customers, capable of filling them with confidence in arenaflex. You should have:

  • High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
  • 6 months experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens
  • 1 or more years customer service experience
  • Excellent skills in creating an exceptional customer experience, sales orientation, multi-tasking, building customer rapport by discovering customer needs and problem solving
  • Ability to learn and apply new procedures
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Solid analytical skills to determine the best course of action to resolve issues
  • Ability to work in a highly structured call center environment
  • Enthusiastic and personable

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals

  • 1-2 years experience in a customer service role, not specific to just Call Centers
  • Strong aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
  • Ability to adapt to constant change
