- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a similar field
- Current and unrestricted clinical mental health license
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
