The Associate Producer serves as a core coordinator for our production team. This role is responsible for maintaining the organizational framework of our projects, facilitating cross-disciplinary communication, and ensuring that our project management tools accurately reflect real-time progress. Responsibilities

Project Tracking: Manage the scheduling, assignment, and tracking of art assets through the development pipeline to ensure on-time delivery to clients.

Operational Maintenance: Update and audit task management software (e.g., Jira, Shotgrid) to maintain data integrity and project transparency.

Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and attend internal and client-facing meetings; distribute clear, actionable notes and follow-up on outstanding items.

Milestone Support: Collaborate with project leadership to execute against milestones and assist in scoping and scheduling discussions.

Process Improvement: Identify workflow inefficiencies and assist in implementing solutions to improve team productivity.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive studio documentation, internal wikis, and project presentations.

Client Coordination: Act as a secondary point of contact for external clients under the oversight of senior production staff.
