What you’ll do

  • Define and execute the BI roadmap, ensuring accurate, timely, and scalable reporting
  • Lead a hybrid onshore/offshore team, driving ownership, accountability, and delivery
  • Partner cross-functionally to translate complex needs into clear, actionable outputs
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks across data pipelines, workflows, and team execution
  • Build scalable reporting frameworks, standardize KPIs, and drive data quality and governance

  • 7+ years of experience in BI, Analytics, or Data Engineering, with 3+ years of experience managing teams
  • Proven success managing distributed teams (US + offshore) with strong delivery outcomes
  • Experience in healthcare data and/or high-growth tech environments; familiarity with claims, UM/PA workflows, or EMRs is a plus
  • Deep expertise in Agile execution and Jira-based delivery (backlog, sprint planning, prioritization) in fast-changing environments required
  • Advanced SQL and strong data modeling experience (dimensional / star schema) required
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau and/or Amazon QuickSight) required
  • Experience with modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Athena, Airflow or similar)
