Within 365, the Hospitality team is focused on delivering purpose-built retail solutions to multifamily and student housing communities, including REITs, ownership groups, developers, and property management companies. We take a targeted, consultative approach that helps operators modernize on-site retail amenities, enhance resident experience, and unlock incremental revenue through scalable, data-driven solutions that outperform traditional models.

As an Account Executive, you will be a key driver of multifamily growth, responsible for acquiring new business and expanding relationships within key accounts. This role requires a proactive, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a high-activity environment and takes ownership of the full sales cycle.

You will leverage a solution-based selling approach to identify opportunities, generate pipeline through consistent outbound efforts, present our technology solutions, and close new business with REITs, ownership groups, developers, and property management companies across multifamily and student housing portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Expand key accounts by deepening relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring client success.
  • Acquire New Business: Prospect, develop, and close new opportunities within multifamily and student housing portfolios through high-volume outbound activity, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Own the Sales Cycle: Manage the full sales process from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close.
  • Pipeline Generation: Consistently build and maintain a strong pipeline by booking qualified meetings and creating new opportunities through outbound efforts.
  • Strategic Selling: Understand client needs and position 365 Retail Markets’ solutions as essential to their amenity, operations, and revenue strategy.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term partnerships, and delivering value.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed on multifamily and student housing trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in self-service and unattended retail.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in multifamily technology, proptech, retail technology, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Proven Outbound Success: Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through consistent outbound activity and a strong track record of booking meetings.
  • Track Record: Success in creating qualified pipeline that converts to closed business through disciplined outbound activity, strong ICP alignment, the ability to drive prospect engagement, and securing commitment to move opportunities through the full sales cycle.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience selling into multifamily, student housing, or REITs, or selling to operators in unattended retail / vending / refreshment services is strongly preferred.
  • Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling, discovery, and closing abilities with a disciplined, activity-driven approach to sales.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, resourceful, and able to operate independently while contributing to a high-performance team environment.
