Responsibilities
- Learn how to sell products and build client relationships as a financial professional
- Meet specific requirements before transitioning into a management role
- Undergo a six-month intensive training program designed to prime for success as a manager
- Understand how to recruit and coach others to success
- Receive extensive training and access to digital tools and a comprehensive product suite
- Learn about robust products and services that can help clients achieve their financial goals
- Lead and build a team of financial professionals after entering the Associate Partner training program
Skills
- Sales or managerial experience in another industry
- Experience running your own business
- MBA or other equivalent degree
- Ability to meet specific production and licensing requirements
- Ability to obtain securities licenses and FINRA registrations
- Willingness to affiliate with NYLIFE Securities as a registered representative
