Staff Accountant
Solutions360 Inc. is a growing company that develops Q360, a SaaS ERP platform for project accounting and field service management. They are seeking a Staff Accountant to assist in compliance reporting, management reporting, and financial analytics, while supporting month-end close processes and developing financial models.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management reporting and budget-to-actuals analysis
- Build and maintain FP&A models, forecasts, and KPI dashboards
- Support month-end close with journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Post intercompany transactions and foreign exchange entries
- Develop recurring revenue and ARR/MRR reporting
- Produce ad hoc analysis
Skills
- CPA or actively pursuing CPA licensure
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–3 years of experience in public accounting (Big Four or national/regional firm preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (structured tables, dynamic spill functions, LAMBDA/LET, Power Query)
- Experience using AI tools (Claude for excel, Claude code/cowork, or similar from other vendors) to improve accounting workflows
- Detail-oriented with a bias toward structured, repeatable processes
- Clear communicator who can translate numbers into business context
- Exposure to software accounting (Deferred Revenue, Capitalized Software, etc.) and Project accounting (Percent complete)
- Experience with complex ERP systems and project accounting software
- Interest in SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, net retention)
