The Role
As a Full Stack Communications and Visual Design Professional at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our leadership team in communicating our vision, values, and goals to our stakeholders. You will be responsible for creating engaging and effective visual content, including graphics, videos, and presentations, that showcase our brand and messaging. You will also work closely with our internal teams to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with arenaflex's business objectives
- Create high-quality visual content, including graphics, videos, and presentations, that showcase arenaflex's brand and messaging
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute communication plans that drive business results
- Manage and execute email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels to engage with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain arenaflex's brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all communication channels
- Provide creative direction and guidance to internal teams on visual design and communication best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communication and visual design
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Visual Design, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in communication and visual design, preferably in a corporate or financial services setting
- Proven track record of creating high-quality visual content that drives business results
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual design skills
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Communications, Visual Design, or related field
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
- Experience with email marketing and social media platforms
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and intranet platforms
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Certification in communication or visual design (e.g. AP Stylebook, Adobe Certified Expert)
