Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary duties will include:
- Cleaning high and low spaces in our distribution center, including exhausting waste, clearing, wiping, and cleaning all surfaces with designated cleaning equipment
- Maintaining and cleaning of bathrooms, break rooms, designated areas, and outdoor grounds
- Restocking cleaning supplies as needed
- Operating an electric bed jack to move beds and store items in designated areas of the distribution center
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Ranking Director
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs freely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks
- Ability to lead and demonstrate energy
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- At least six months of experience operating an electric bed jack
- Familiarity with warehouse or distribution center environments
- Previous customer service experience
