Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. You will handle a high volume of customer interactions, resolving issues, providing support, and offering information to keep customers satisfied and retain business. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and process orders with efficiency and accuracy

  • Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and determine the best path for resolution
  • Correctly document customer interactions and track call types to ensure seamless follow-up
  • Maintain support service levels and uphold arenaflex's Customer Service standards
  • Own follow-up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability
  • Take inbound phone calls for up to 90% of assigned shift
  • Make outbound calls to resolve customer issues and promote digital tool usage
  • Resolve customer claims and take payments
  • Support basic A/R functions and promote digital tool usage
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of experience working in customer service, hospitality, or call center environment
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate with confidence in a clear, professional speaking voice
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills
  • A clear team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult customer situations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong PC skills, including MS Office, Word, and Excel
  • Optical experience, including office work exposure to RX
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to navigate information systems and internet
  • Must have flexibility in work hours to support business needs between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday-Friday

Preferred Qualifications

* Higher education degree

  • Inside Sales Experience
  • Experience using SAP
  • Experience in the optical industry, full knowledge of arenaflex's optical products, and a strong command of the industry language
  • Bilingual Spanish or French
