Your Tasks:

As a Remote Student Customer Care Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for all arenaflex customers and those interested in our services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
• Providing information about our products and services, including memberships and subscriptions
• Processing incoming tickets and supporting customers throughout the entire customer life cycle
• Collecting customer feedback and helping to optimize internal processes
• Maintaining and updating our knowledge base and user manual
• Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues

Your Profile:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities and skills:

• Currently enrolled at a university (full-time)
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a heart for our customers
• Ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner
• Proficiency in German and English languages (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ideally, some initial experience with arenaflex or surveys in general (but not required)
