Job Description

Title:

Customer Service Experience – Voice Process

Location:

Remote/Work from Home

Salary:

₹15,000 CTC for Freshers, ₹18,000 CTC for Experienced Candidates

Experience:

0-4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer queries through inbound calls efficiently.

  • Ensure quick and effective resolution of customer queries/grievances.
  • Manage large volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner.

Good communication skills in English.

Technical Requirements:

Must have a laptop/PC and a reliable internet connection.
