Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a remote work arrangement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, data entry, and other tasks as required. Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, email management, and document preparation

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong data entry skills, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other business applications
