The Role

As a Customer Service Banking Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including innovative problem-solving, effective communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns

  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, providing a positive and empathetic experience for customers
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that complex issues are addressed promptly and effectively
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring that customer interactions are accurately recorded and analyzed
  • Provide feedback on call issues, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of best practices
  • Upsell if required, providing customers with relevant and valuable products or services that meet their needs

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Banking experience, with a strong understanding of banking products and services
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Proven call center experience, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM, with the ability to navigate complex software systems
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation, with a strong understanding of network troubleshooting and configuration
  • Entry-level network troubleshooting skills, with the ability to set up and configure a router or switch
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of adaptability and flexibility
  • Ability to stay composed and objective, even in high-pressure situations
  • Strong listening skills, with the ability to actively listen and respond to customer concerns

Nice-to-Haves

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork
  • Experience with social media and online platforms, with a strong understanding of online customer engagement and community building
