As a live chat assistant, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers through our online platform. Key Responsibilities

As a live chat assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts
  • Answering customer questions and providing sales links and discounts
  • Collaborating with our Customer Success Manager to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Working closely with our team to achieve our goals and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Basic English writing skills
  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection
