Job Summary

As an Overnight Customer Service Dispatcher, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, dispatching technicians, and maintaining a seamless business operation. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent phone etiquette. Key Responsibilities

* Work primarily in a remote setting, typically from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM

  • Be the soothing voice that greets customers during nighttime calls, providing reassurance and assistance
  • Maintain a friendly demeanor while answering phone calls and effectively assisting clients
  • Promptly dispatch technicians to assist customers and provide them with all necessary job details
  • Foster excellent relationships with clients and contribute to seamless business operations

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)

  • Prior customer service experience (preferred but not required)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required)
  • 1 year of dispatching experience, preferably within an HVAC company or similar field
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computers and the ability to type 30 words per minute
  • Familiarity with MS Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote setting

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
