The Job
As a Remote Overnight Chat Assistant, you'll be handling live chat requests for well-known brands, helping users troubleshoot common issues, answer billing questions, and resolve account problems. You'll work through a chat interface, using scripts, templates, and your own problem-solving skills to provide clear and helpful communication. You'll also have the opportunity to escalate complex tickets to senior support or technical teams when needed.
