As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Financial Planning Systems, you'll play a critical role in supporting and developing financial planning systems applications, as well as serving as an internal advisor to stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and create suitable solutions. Key Responsibilities
* Uphold the Hyperion planning application, consistently, for forecast and actual financials
- Approve data from Hyperion Financial Management and from regulators
- Explore and resolve issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions
- Maintain system upkeep; keep client consents
- Support clients with system issues, existing reports, forms, and models
- Assist with preparation of detailed scenarios and analytical results examinations on various complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses
- Facilitate and complete monthly headcount process regarding Hyperion
- Refresh Hyperion Planning with order changes; coordinate progressive system changes with Regulators and GL organization
- Collaborate with work groups to determine reporting business requirements; propose and present effective solutions
- Create Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, as well as estimating and planning models for Financial divisions
All You'll Need for Success
* Minimum Qualifications: + Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or equivalent experience/training + Experience: 2 years of work experience in a Financial role, including experience with financial summaries, as well as financial modeling and analysis + IT foundation: Solid experience with Prophet and multi-dimensional and social database structures
- Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience using Hyperion, as well as development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning) + Skills, Licenses, and Certifications: - Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of scientific methodologies relating to financial issues - Ability to issue, modify, and analyze data - Meticulous with focus on precision and ability to prioritize tasks - Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and so on - Strong communication skills - Excellent collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse situations
