Sales Development Representative
AppDirect is a company that offers a subscription commerce platform to empower digital entrepreneurs globally. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, qualifying inbound interest, and collaborating with product and marketing teams to influence product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities from a targeted list of potential AppDirect partners
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to drive opportunity
- Respond to inbound interest and qualify fit for the AppDirect platform through discovery calls
- Work with Product and Marketing teams to convey feedback on prospect requirements and drive product strategy
- Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Salesforce
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
Skills
- Bachelor degree required
- 1-2 years of experience exceeding quota in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Sales at a SaaS or Cloud company
- Passion for learning and working with the latest technologies and industry trends
- Professional phone presentation, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
- Proficient in using LinkedIn and experience with leading CRM systems
- Experience with our ecosystem of ISV partners
