Job Summary

As a Customer Sales and Service Call Center Representative – Hybrid, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales, and retention support to prospective and existing customers. You'll be the frontline representative, handling customer interactions, resolving issues, and building customer confidence and loyalty. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling calls, chats, emails, and other customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment

  • Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections
  • Explain bills and product features clearly
  • Troubleshoot basic problems and seek higher support if needed
  • Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues
  • Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues
  • Work a flexible 40-hour per week schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and overtime
  • Participate in paid training to enhance your skills and knowledge

Work-from-Home (WFH) Requirements

* You will need verified internet service with a minimum of 12mb upload speed and 18mb download speed

  • An established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, surge protector, direct LAN connection)
  • arenaflex will provide the equipment you'll need to get started (keyboard, monitor, computer, mobile device, etc.)
  • Your workspace will need to be in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy etc.)
  • You'll participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)
  • You will need to be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.
