Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Focusing on a smaller number of high-value strategic accounts, developing and executing comprehensive account strategies for long-term success.
  • Proactively identifying risks before they happen, rallying and project managing internal stakeholders to address customer issues in a timely manner to optimize customer sentiment.
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of the customers' business, hiring plans, and the outcomes that will define success of the partnership.
  • Hosting regular business reviews to review the partnership and put a success plan in place to maximize the customers' experience.
  • Being the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback, prioritizing requirements based on risk, urgency, and revenue impact, and project managing internal stakeholders to deliver priority items in a timely manner while setting appropriate expectations with the customer along the way.
  • Providing a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests.
  • Driving adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience.
  • Previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
  • A talent for building relationships and remaining calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism.
  • A quantitatively-inclined and data-savvy approach, with the ability to draw quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets.
  • A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality, enjoying fast-paced environments and a high degree of responsibility.
  • A solid track record of achievement, with success in a top-tier company, delivering quantifiable business impact, and quickly assuming responsibilities or winning competitive awards.
  • A strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data.
  • A curiosity-driven approach, interested in making an impact.
