Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist – Apple Home Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Providing Exceptional Customer Support: Assist customers via phone, chat, and email with inquiries related to Apple products and services.
- Troubleshooting and Resolving Technical Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with iOS devices, Mac computers, software applications, and more.
