Job Summary
As a Laotian-English bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers. You'll work closely with our clinical teams to resolve patient concerns, answer questions, and provide support with scheduling appointments, billing, and other administrative tasks. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in California.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to patient inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in both Laotian and English languages
- Provide accurate and timely information about arenaflex services, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with clinical teams to resolve patient issues and concerns
- Assist with scheduling appointments, billing, and other administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
- Fluency in Laotian and English languages (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
